Bolles Scrimmage time and location change
So hopefully this is the last time we will have to change anything about this scrimmage! The head coach at Bolles contacted me and asked me if we could change the time of the scrimmage to 10:30am-12:30pm. It will still be on January 31st, but there is some construction being done on Bolles campus so we will be going to their middle school location instead. Here are directions..

From the North (also the airport): Take I-95 South. Take exit 120A (US1, MLK Boulevard East). Continue on the expressway until you take South US1, 90 East, Southside, Jax Beaches, Hart Bridge. Go over the Hart bridge. Take University Blvd. North exit. After exiting, get in the left lane. Turn left at the 1st light, at Bartram Road. Drive past the Baptist Home for Children, and the Bartram Campus is the next entrance on the left.
Another option from the North and from the West is to take I-95 South across the Fuller Warren Bridge. Take the Jacksonville Beaches exit. Then take the Atlantic Boulevard exit. Stay on Atlantic Boulevard approx. 2 miles) to Bartram Road on your right. Turn right on Bartram Road and the School is approx. 1 mile on your right. You will recognize the corner of Bartram Road and Atlantic Boulevard by a Publix Shopping Center on the right.

Scrimage vs. Bolles VBC
JJVA has cancelled their MLK tourney. Due to this occurring we will be scrimmaging Bolles Volleyball Club on January 31st from 12-2 pm at The Bolles School. This will be a great opportunity for us to play a simulated game before our first tournament.
Next Payment Due
The next payment for our club is due January 15th. Please send this with your daughter by this date-I have deadlines to meet to sign up for tournaments. I appreciate y'alls support and am pumped to get going.
Team Fee and Sizes
I have set the team fee to play at $800. This will cover tournament entry fees, team apparel, practice fees, etc. I realize that Christmas is very near and budgets are tight. If you could pay some of the fee I would appreciate it greatly! I need this money to register us for our upcoming tournaments (our first one being only 1 month away). We have a place to practice!!
YEAH!! Thanks to Ms. Suellen and the new First Baptist Church we have a place to practice! I am not sure of the days and times yet. The church board is collaborating and going to let us know when their gym is available. Keep checking our website over break as I will update it with details as I get them.
Up and running....
We are in full swing! This website will be used to post all important information (practice and tournament schedules, forms, directions, etc) that we will need for the next couple of months. Hopefully you will find it convienient and easy! Please check it often, for I will be updating as I get information on tournaments and any changes that may come about. Please check the Florida region of USAV website often as they post important dates and information. I am so excited to get started and look forward to our first club season together!
