USAV Online Registration

All players are required to sign up on line for a USAV membership.  Individuals (or their parent/guardian if a minor) must complete the registration session as you are required to sign a legally binding waiver and release of liability.  Existing members should select LOGIN and new members should select REGISTER.  Also, there is a video demo of the online registration process to help those that might benefit from a video tutorial.

Membership Cards and Guide

USAV membership cards can be printed for each member once registered.  USAV highly recommends that anyone participating in USAV sanctioned events should be required to present their membership card prior to participating.  During the 08/09 season they are going to start requiring members to present their membership cards at  all Region hosted events.

Membership guide have been created to outline the various types of memberships that are available in the Florida Region.

Required Training

A required Regional rules training (for players and coaches) will take place on December 13th from 10 am-noon at FCCJ Sports Center.  Please click on the following link for the details.  We are required to attend!
